Catering Availability
7am - 7pm Monday to Friday
Catering outside these hours will incur a labour charge, and for events taking place before 7am and after 10pm, a staff taxi charge. Events taking place outside these hours could be subject to change.
Please see booking guidelines and cancellation policy below. Please note that this applies to meeting rooms only. Events space terms & conditions are available by contacting the Events team.

Beverages

We kindly request that orders be placed a minimum of 2 hours prior to your meeting. Cancellation less than 2 hours prior to the meeting will incur full charges.

Breakfasts and Sandwich Lunches
We kindly request that orders be placed a minimum of 48 hours prior to your meeting. Cancellation after midday on the working day prior to your meeting will incur full charges.

All Other Catering Requests
We kindly request that orders be placed 3 full working days prior to your meeting. Cancellations made less than 3 full working days prior to your meeting will incur full charges.
Adults need around 2,000 kcal a day.

We use numerous ingredients in our kitchen to produce fresh and seasonal products. Our product range is produced using shared equipment in a busy environment where we regularly change our menus and recipes. If you have an allergy or intolerance, please ask our Allergen Champion every time you visit as our ingredients may have changed since booking and may not be suitable for those with severe allergies.

No Shows​
​
If your meeting room is no longer required and we are not notified of the cancellation, you will be charged for the room and any additional catering costs.
